2 Tbsp gelatin (2 packets)
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350° F.

Preheat skillet or Dutch oven in preheated oven (10 min).
- 3.
Combine Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, baking powder, almond flour, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

Add egg and mix.
- 5.
Add melted butter and mix. Set aside.
- 6.
In the hot skillet or Dutch oven, mix together strawberries and blueberries, butter, lemon juice Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, cinnamon and salt.

Next, mix in gelatin.
- 8.
Scoop up a tablespoon of topping and flatten in hand and place on top of berries, you should get about five 2-inch rounds.
- 9.
Bake the cobbler 25 minutes, the edges should be bubbling and the top of the crust should be a golden brown color.
- 10.
Cool for 15 minutes and serve warm. Store cobbler, covered, in the refrigerator.
