1 1⁄2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
2 cups spinach, washed
4 mint leaves, washed
1⁄2 cup pineapple, washed, peeled, cubed and frozen
1⁄2 cup mango, washed, peeled, cubed and frozen
1⁄2 cup strawberry, washed and frozen

Directions
- 1.
Combine coconut milk, mint and spinach into a blender. Process until smooth.

Add all other ingredients into the blender. Process until smooth.
- 3.
Serve immediately. Refrigerate unused portion in sealed container.
