2 cup (400 g) Semolina
½ cup (100 g) Flour
¼ cup (40 g) Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
1½ Tbs (20 g) Milk Powder
1 tsp (3 g) Yeast
½Tsp (2 g) Baking Soda
2½ (500 g) cup Dates
1 cup (200 g) Butter
2 Tbs (15 ml) Cold Water
2 Tbs (15 ml) Rose Water
Directions

Mix the butter with water, Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener and powdered milk, stir well until the Truvia Sweet Complete™ Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener dissolves. Add semolina on top of the mixture in stages and stir by hand

Add to them the flour mixed with yeast and carbonate
- 3.
Mix all ingredients by hand until smooth and leave to rest for about an hour
- 4.
Stuffing: rub the dates with oil and liquid butter until they become soft
- 5.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, place the dates in between
- 6.
bake at 200°C for 30 minutes
