500 g / 3½ cups Flour
180 ml / ¾ cup Water
50 g / ¼ cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
25 g/ 2 Tbs Skimmed Milk Powder
80 g / ¼ cup Light Butter
3 g / 1 Tsp Mahlab
7 g / 2 Tsp Dry Yeast
50 g / 1 Egg
250 g / 1 cup Mashed Dates
100 g / ¼ cup Roasted Sesame
Directions

Put the water, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener, butter, milk, yeast, and eggs in the dough kneader and mix well.

Then add flour to them while continuing to knead until the dough becomes coherent and smooth.
- 3.
Leave in a warm place for at least half an hour.
- 4.
After the dough starts to rise, divide it into eight circles, roll out each circle with a rolling pin, and place the dates inside it in a finger shape, roll it up, then sprinkle it with sesame on the top of the dough and leave for half an hour before baking to ferment.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
